Rebel Foods-owned wrap brand Faasos has expanded its offline presence with the launch of its first airport outlet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), Terminal 2, Gate 45 in Mumbai.

Faasos’ first foray into the airport retail space, the new outlet is serving its wraps and quick-service food at one of India’s busiest travel hubs as the brand seeks to strengthen its omnichannel footprint.

Faasos, a fast-casual concept that offers wraps and on-the-go food, said the airport outlet is meant for travellers looking for quick, convenient dining options before flights or on a layover.

Commenting on the launch, Ankush Grover, Co-founder and Global CEO, Rebel Foods, said, “We want to be a part of the consumer’s travel experience, by offering the convenience and flavours that have made Faasos a popular choice over the years.

“Airports are departure points for new journeys, so they fit naturally into the brand’s strategy to move into high-footfall locations.

The outlet features Faasos’ menu of Classic Wraps, Signature Wraps, Burger Wraps, Shawarmas, sides and beverages, providing travellers with a variety of grab-and-go meal choices.

The store has been designed to reflect the brand’s youthful identity with bold graphics, vibrant colours, neon elements and immersive branding designed to create an engaging retail experience.

The airport launch is part of Faasos’ bigger retail expansion plan, to take the brand away from its delivery-led business to physical locations where convenience and accessibility are key, the company said.

Faasos plans to grow consumer engagement by expanding its presence into more everyday touch points where millions of passengers pass through Mumbai’s Terminal 2 annually.
