Zairus Master Resigns as Honasa Consumer’s Chief Business Officer Amid Leadership Exits, Omni-Channel Growth Contributions, and Mamaearth’s Flagship Revenue Role

Zairus Master Resigns as Honasa Consumer Chief Business Officer

Zairus Master, the chief business officer of Honasa Consumer, the parent company of popular brands like MamaearthBBlunt, and The Derma Co., has stepped down. The announcement was disclosed through a regulatory filing with the BSE.

Master, who joined Honasa Consumer in August 2021, brought over 25 years of experience from reputed organizations such as Airtel, Hindustan Unilever, and Nokia. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing the company’s omni-channel growth strategy and managing investment allocation across various brands, categories, and channels.

His exit is part of a series of recent high-profile resignations at Honasa Consumer. In Octoberchief product and technology officer Jayant Chauhan resigned, citing personal reasons. Earlier, Abhiishekk Raj Pandey, the senior vice president of commerce, also left to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions.

Honasa Consumer’s flagship brand, Mamaearth, accounts for approximately 65% of the company's revenue. In addition to Mamaearth, the company operates other brands, including The Derma CoBBluntDr. Sheth’sAqualogica, and Staze 9to9.
