TVS Motor Company has launched a new brand campaign for its premium motorcycle brand TVS Apache, titled 'Tu Race Laga', celebrating the milestone of seven million customers worldwide.

Conceptualised by TBWA\Lintas, part of Omnicom Advertising India, and directed by filmmaker Ram Madhvani, the campaign builds on TVS Apache's long-standing 'Track to Road' philosophy. Rather than portraying racing as a contest against others, the film positions it as a metaphor for personal ambition, self-improvement and the pursuit of progress.

Launched in 2005, TVS Apache is now sold in more than 90 countries. According to the company, the brand has built a global community of over 500,000 registered riders through track experiences, riding events and other engagement initiatives over the past two decades.

Seven Million Milestone:

Over the years, TVS has introduced several performance-oriented technologies across the Apache range, including fuel injection, dual-channel ABS, multiple riding modes, connected technology, traction control, factory customisation options and dynamic stability systems.

Marking the milestone, Gaurav Gupta, President, India 2W Business, TVS Motor Company, thanked customers for their continued support.

"We thank the seven million TVS Apache riders for their trust and passion over the past two decades. From racing roots to a global performance brand, this milestone reflects the dedication of the entire TVS Motor ecosystem. We will continue to push the boundaries of performance motorcycling through purposeful innovation, global expansion and strong rider communities," he said.

Vimal Sumbly, Head – Business, Premium, TVS Motor Company, said the campaign pays tribute to the brand's evolution from a race-inspired motorcycle to one of the fastest-growing premium motorcycle brands globally.

"Twenty years ago, TVS Apache was born with a singular vision—to bring the excitement, control and race-bred capability of the racetrack to everyday riders through our 'Track to Road' philosophy. 'Tu Race Laga' celebrates every rider who chooses to push boundaries, embrace progress and carry the racing spirit into everyday life," he said.

Creative Vision:

Explaining the creative approach, Govind Pandey, Chief Executive Officer, TBWA\Lintas, said the campaign aims to make ambition culturally relevant beyond the world of motorcycles.

"'Tu Race Laga' is more than a campaign. It's a belief that ambition isn't reserved for racetracks or podiums. It belongs to anyone willing to take the first step," he said.

Russell Barrett, Chief Creative Experience Officer, TBWA\Lintas, added that the campaign shifts the meaning of racing from competing with others to becoming a better version of oneself.

"TVS Apache has stood for racing for generations. We wanted to ask a different question: race towards what? It's about chasing the version of yourself that doesn't exist yet," he said.

Director Ram Madhvani said the film was designed to capture the emotional thrill associated with riding.

"The answer was clear: the exhilaration of racing. Every creative choice was made to bring alive that moment when rider, machine and road become one," he said.

The campaign will roll out across digital and other media platforms as TVS Apache celebrates two decades of performance motorcycling and its growing global rider community.
