Neeraj Chopra, Olympic and World champion, joins Omega’s brand ambassadors for the Paris 2024 Olympics, embodying excellence and precision.
Neeraj Chopra, the reigning Olympic and World champion in men's javelin throw, has been announced as one of Omega’s brand ambassadors for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Omega, the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games since 1932, has revealed a lineup of athletes representing global sporting excellence. Alongside Neeraj Chopra, the ambassadors include Sweden's Armand Duplantis, Italian Paralympic fencer Beatrice Vio, and Swiss wheelchair racer Marcel Hug.
“These athletes epitomize Omega's commitment to precision and innovation, each with a unique story of perseverance and breaking barriers,” stated a press release. The roster also features athletes from diverse disciplines, including sprinter Erriyon Knighton, table tennis player Ma Long, French swimmer Leon Marchand, high jumper Gianmarco Tamberi, and sprinter Shericka Jackson, showcasing Omega's inclusive approach.
Neeraj Chopra, known for his outstanding performance at the Tokyo Olympic Games, has been chosen by Omega for his dedication, excellence, and precision—values that Omega also embodies in its iconic watchmaking.

Neeraj Chopra is the first Asian athlete to win an Olympic gold medal in javelin and the first Asian to win gold in his event at the World Championship. The other athletes in Omega’s lineup include Beatrice Vio, Erriyon Knighton, Gianmarco Tamberi, Leon Marchand, Ma Long, Marcel Hug, Armand Gustav Duplantis, and Shericka Jackson.
