The 'Dream Days' campaign introduces several ownership models to suit different customer needs:

Flexible Payment Plan: Customers can opt for a 'Seasonal Payment Plan,' allowing them to make one-time payments during convenient times (e.g., bonus/dividend payout months) to ease cash flow.

Key to Key Program: For select models like the S-Class, customers can purchase their dream car now and upgrade in 24 to 36 months at zero down payment, enabling ownership of two Mercedes-Benz cars in four years.
Nationwide Customer Service Clinics
As part of the campaign, Mercedes-Benz is rolling out Service Clinics across multiple regions. Trained engineers will personally engage with customers, address vehicle-related concerns, and ensure optimal performance, reinforcing the brand's commitment to premium customer support.
