Angel One Appoints Ajit Narayanan as Chief Technology Officer

Angel One Limited has appointed Ajit Narayanan as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing on board a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience across consumer internet, e-commerce, digital healthcare and enterprise technology platforms.

In his new role, Narayanan will be responsible for Angel One’s engineering function, overseeing platform architecture, performance and scalability and driving execution across technology teams. His remit includes strengthening the company’s core systems, increasing AI integration across key platforms and developing scalable infrastructure to support future growth .

According to reports, his appointment comes at a time when Angel One is further investing in technology and artificial intelligence to enhance customer experiences and to support its rapidly growing user base.

Tech Leadership:

Prior to joining Angel One, Narayanan was head of technology for supply chain and commercial platforms at Reliance Retail. Prior to this, he was Chief Technology and Product Officer at Licious, where he was instrumental in scaling the company’s technology capabilities.

He was also co-founder of MFine, an AI-powered digital healthcare platform, and former Chief Technology Officer at Myntra. Earlier in his career he held engineering, product and global leadership roles at SAP.
