Aman Gupta Fronts GoKwik’s First-Ever Brand Campaign
GoKwik has appointed boAt co-founder Aman Gupta as the face of its first brand campaign to spotlight e-commerce growth, conversions and customer retention solutions.
GoKwik has roped in boAt co-founder and Shark Tank India judge Aman Gupta as the face of its first-ever brand campaign. The e-commerce enablement company is looking at building wider awareness of its technology solutions among brands and consumers.
The campaign points to a major problem for online businesses- losing potential customers because of friction and delays in the buying journey. GoKwik said it has spent the past five years developing tools that help brands increase conversions, reduce returns and encourage repeat purchases.
The campaign film uses humour to show the problem. Gupta appears in a series of annoyingly slow scenarios, ranging from an eternal customer service hold loop to an unusually lengthy meditation session. The story likens such delays to the drop-offs e-commerce brands see when shoppers abandon their purchases halfway through the buying process.

Growth Partner:
The campaign is focused on establishing GoKwik as a growth partner for online brands by helping remove friction across the customer journey and enable faster and smoother transactions.
Speaking about the association, Aman Gupta said, “I have seen the company grow and evolve over the years.
