Eurosport India has appointed Indian cricket star Shikhar Dhawan as the brand ambassador for MotoGP™ in India, announcing his role in the channel's latest campaign, 'Face Kar Race Kar'.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Shikhar Dhawan remarked, "Being named the India Ambassador for MotoGP is a great honor. The growing popularity of MotoGP in India is exciting, especially as I recall riding my favorite bike through Delhi. My journey as a cricketer from this vibrant city adds a personal touch to this role with Eurosport India."
Dhawan praised Eurosport India's sports platform, a beacon for global sports that captivates an expanding fanbase. "I am excited about introducing MotoGP to new Indian audiences and inspiring them with the thrill of MotoGP racing," he added.
The 'Face Kar Race Kar' campaign embodies MotoGP's indomitable spirit, celebrating resilience and urging fans to conquer challenges with determination.
The 2024 MotoGP season has witnessed 9 races thus far, with 11 more scheduled across Europe, Asia, and Australia, culminating in the BritishGP at Silverstone on August 2nd. Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team) currently leads the season, closely followed by Jorge Martin (Pramac Ducati).

The channel continues to showcase an array of world-class sports, including Motorsports, Golf, Cycling, Pro Wrestling, Table Tennis, and Marathon. Recent alliances with the Afghanistan Cricket Board and Bangladesh Cricket Board for the BPL underscore Eurosport India's commitment to comprehensive sports coverage.
