DLF Salutes Global Indians at Times Square with “All Roads Lead to North”
DLF, India’s largest real estate developer, has made headlines yet again—this time not just for its record-breaking sales, but for celebrating the spirit of global Indians in one of the world’s most iconic locations: New York’s Times Square. With its new campaign, “All Roads Lead to North,” DLF paid tribute to the achievements and aspirations of Indians worldwide, while shining a spotlight on its latest luxury project, DLF Privana North.
A Global Salute in the Heart of New York
On June 17, 2025, DLF lit up Times Square’s famous Cube with a vibrant digital display, saluting the contributions of Indians who have made their mark across the globe. The campaign’s message was clear: no matter where life takes you, there’s always a road that leads back to the roots—and now, to the north of Gurugram, where DLF Privana North stands as a new symbol of luxury and aspiration.
This bold gesture not only celebrated the Indian diaspora but also positioned DLF Privana North as a destination for global achievers looking to invest in India’s booming luxury real estate market.
Privana North: Setting New Benchmarks in Luxury Living
DLF Privana North is the latest jewel in DLF’s crown, part of a sprawling 116-acre township in Gurugram’s Sectors 76 and 77. The project features six towers, each rising to 50 storeys—the tallest residential buildings ever developed by DLF—offering breathtaking views, expansive living spaces, and unmatched privacy.
Within just a week of its launch, Privana North made history by selling 1,164 luxury homes (including 1,152 4BHK apartments and 12 penthouses) worth a staggering ₹11,000 crore. This overwhelming response highlights the growing demand for premium homes among both Indian and global buyers.
Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at DLF Home Developers, remarked,
“The development embodies DLF’s vision of delivering expansive living spaces, breathtaking views, and privacy in the sky. We saw interest from buyers across India and around the world, which reflects a clear, latent demand for DLF offerings, driven by the success of our past projects.”
A Track Record of Success
Privana North is DLF’s third major launch within the Privana township. Earlier, Privana West and Privana South also sold out within days, generating nearly ₹24,000 crore in sales across all three projects. DLF’s momentum is further reflected in its record sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore for FY25—a massive 44% jump from the previous year.
DLF’s strategy of creating integrated, world-class townships with luxury amenities has resonated with both resident Indians and the global Indian community, many of whom are seeking premium investments and a connection to their roots.
India’s Global Influence in Real Estate
The Times Square campaign is more than just an advertisement—it’s a statement about India’s growing influence on the world stage. As more Indians achieve global success, their desire to invest in world-class homes back in India is stronger than ever. DLF’s salute at Times Square acknowledges this trend, celebrating the achievements of global Indians and inviting them to be part of India’s luxury living revolution.
Looking Ahead
With plans to launch projects worth over ₹17,000 crore in the coming year and a robust pipeline of luxury developments, DLF is set to maintain its leadership in India’s real estate sector. The “All Roads Lead to North” campaign is a testament to DLF’s vision of connecting India’s global citizens with the best in luxury living at home.
