‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ Set For OTT Release Amid Split Streaming Rollout
Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster film ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is reportedly set for its OTT debut on Netflix internationally and JioHotstar in India.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh is reportedly preparing for its OTT debut following a successful theatrical run that has lasted more than 56 days.
According to reports, Netflix will begin streaming the film internationally from May 14, while Indian audiences are expected to watch the film later on JioHotstar, which reportedly holds the domestic streaming rights.
However, JioHotstar has not yet issued an official statement regarding the film’s digital release date in India.

Unseen Footage Sparks Buzz:
The separate international and domestic streaming plans have reportedly created confusion among viewers, many of whom expected a simultaneous global OTT premiere.
Reports suggest the film’s digital version may also include additional footage not shown during its theatrical release.
According to the reports, the streaming edition could feature a nearly three-minute “raw and undekha” cut that was removed from the Indian theatrical version. While there has been no official confirmation, the possibility of unseen footage has generated excitement among fans online.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film continues the storyline established in the first instalment released in December 2025.

Blockbuster Nears ₹1,800 Crore:
The sequel follows an undercover Indian intelligence agent infiltrating Karachi’s criminal networks and political circles while pursuing revenge linked to the 26/11 attacks and confronting broader terror threats.
The film also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera, Danish Pandor and Manav Gohil.
Released on March 19, the film has emerged as one of the biggest commercial successes in Indian cinema.
According to Sacnilk reports, the film’s India gross collection stands at ₹1,369.42 crore, while worldwide earnings have reportedly reached ₹1,796.07 crore.
As the theatrical run nears its final phase, audiences are now closely watching whether the film will cross the ₹1,800 crore milestone globally alongside its upcoming streaming debut.
