BabyOrgano Redefines Modern Parenting Narrative with Debut Brand Film Celebrating Equal Co-Parenting

Ayurvedic kids' wellness brand BabyOrgano has launched its inaugural brand film, shifting the conversation in Indian parenting from traditional product-focused messaging toward the realities of contemporary co-parenting.

Shifting the Mental Load of Parenting

The brand film addresses a pivotal milestone for modern families: a mother returning to work after maternity leave while the father steps up to manage day-to-day childcare. Grounded in consumer insights, the campaign tackles the disproportionate mental load and emotional weight that often falls on mothers—even in households that promote equal partnership. Rather than depicting idealized parenting scenarios, the narrative focuses on a father actively learning, taking ownership, and functioning as an equal partner.

Throughout the film, BabyOrgano’s Ayurvedic products are integrated into the family’s routine, positioning the brand as a seamless element of daily wellness rather than relying on direct product pitches.

Insights from Brand Leadership

  • Riddhi Sharma, Founder: Highlighted that while modern parenting is often framed as an equal effort, the daily burden still largely rests on mothers. The film aims to provide relatable representation, ensuring mothers feel seen and fathers feel encouraged to take active roles.
  • Ripul Sharma, Co-Founder: Emphasized that the brand's goal is to embed Ayurvedic choices naturally into daily life. Building on the trust of over 5 million parents and 1,000 doctors, the campaign relies on authentic storytelling over standard marketing techniques.
