Adyasha Roy Tomar Joins Leo As Senior Creative Director In Delhi NCR
Adyasha Roy Tomar joins Leo as Senior Creative Director in Delhi NCR, moving from Kult App.
Adyasha Roy Tomar has joined Leo as Senior Creative Director and will be based in Delhi NCR, marking her return to the agency ecosystem after a stint on the brand side. She is expected to report to Arjun Jetly, Senior Executive Creative Director at the agency.
Tomar shared the update through a LinkedIn post, adding a personal note about her first day experience. “It’s a rite of passage to get utterly and hopelessly lost on your way, on your first day to a new workplace. Maybe a combination of nerves, listening to gangsta rap and imagining a Selmon bhoi type entry into office makes one geographically challenged?” she wrote.
She joins Leo from Kult App, where she served as Head of Creative and Brand Communications. Her move signals a shift back to agency life at a time when agencies are increasingly looking for leaders who understand both brand building and platform driven storytelling.

Agency And Brand Side Experience:
Tomar brings with her experience across some of the industry’s most established networks, including McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy, The Glitch, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi and Wunderman Thompson. Across these roles, she has worked on creative direction, brand strategy and digital communications.
Her portfolio includes campaigns and digital work for brands such as Lay’s, Tropicana, Fabindia, VLCC, HP India, Happydent, Mentos and Chupa Chups.
For Leo, the hire comes as agencies continue to compete for senior creative talent that can navigate both traditional brand storytelling and newer digital first ecosystems. Leaders with hybrid experience across agencies and in house roles are increasingly valuable as brands expect faster, more integrated thinking across platforms.
For brands and marketers, Tomar’s move reflects a broader trend. Creative leadership today is less about siloed campaign thinking and more about cultural relevance, platform fluency and consistent brand voice across touchpoints. Her mix of agency pedigree and brand side exposure could shape how Leo approaches work for clients looking to balance storytelling with performance driven outcomes.
The Delhi NCR base also points to the region’s continued importance as a hub for advertising and marketing talent, especially as agencies expand capabilities beyond metro strongholds like Mumbai.
