Zee Entertainment Names Saurav Adhikari Additional Director with Vast Expertise

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has appointed Saurav Adhikari as an additional director, marking a significant leadership addition to its board. Saurav brings over 40 years of experience across industries including technology, FMCG, and consumer durables.

Impressive Career Journey

Saurav spent over 20 years at HCL (2000–2019), where he held multiple leadership roles. He was the founding president of HCL’s enterprise networking firm, led the growth of its ITES business, and served as president of ITES North American operations. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as president of Global Corporate Strategy, working closely with HCL’s founder and chairman to oversee the company’s diverse business portfolio and the Shiv Nadar Foundation.

Before his tenure at HCL, Saurav held leadership roles at Unilever and PepsiCo, where he served as vice president, and at Group SEB as the CEO of India operations. Currently, he is the founder and senior partner at Indus Tech Edge Fund I.

Educational Background

Saurav completed his schooling at Mayo College, Ajmer. He holds a BA (Honours) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, an MBA from JBIMS, Bombay University, and an AMP certification from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
