Vishal Mega Mart featured in the 2025 Burgundy Private Hurun India 500 list, one of India’s 500 most valuable companies.
The list, published annually by Axis Bank’s Burgundy Private and Hurun India, is a benchmark of the country’s most valuable companies, taking into account their market capitalisation and corporate performance in India.

Growth Milestone:
This recognition, the company stated, reflects its continued efforts to make aspirational fashion, general merchandise and FMCG products affordable for India's young and middle-income consumers.
Today, Vishal Mega Mart has over 800 stores in over 535 cities across the country. Its quick commerce business serves over 500 cities and has built a 14 million registered user base.
The retailer said 26 in-house brands, which make up about 75% of the retailer’s total revenue, continue to be a major growth driver of the company’s private-label strategy.

The company also pointed out the scale of its customer engagement, saying its loyalty programme has 169 million members, making it India’s largest customer loyalty programme and the 12th largest in the world.
Earlier this year, the Kantar Brandz 2025 Most Valuable Indian Brands ranking also recognised Vishal Mega Mart as one of India’s leading consumer brands.
