Varun Kohli Joins Grey India as Senior Vice President

Grey India has announced the appointment of Varun Kohli as Senior Vice President, Business – North, bolstering its leadership team in the region. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and client leadership roles, Kohli is set to play a critical role in strengthening Grey's presence in Northern India. He will report to Anusha Shetty, Chairperson and Group CEO of Grey India.

A Stellar Career Journey

Kohli, a graduate of Sundai College of Hospitality, Osaka, Japan, earned the prestigious Japanese Government Monbukagakusho Mext Scholarship, standing out among over 25,000 applicants. Transitioning to marketing, he has honed his skills at renowned agencies such as JWT Group, Ogilvy, and Leo Burnett, where he served as Vice President before joining Grey India.

His portfolio spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, automobiles, FMCG, education, and nutrition, with a track record of working with global brands like Pepsi, GSK, Toshiba, and Nikon across the EMEA and APAC regions. Kohli’s strategic approach and international perspective are expected to significantly drive Grey’s business growth and client success.
