Global apparel retailer UNIQLO has unveiled a new campaign in India titled ‘Everyday Wear for Mr. Dependable’, featuring cricket icon Rahul Dravid as the face of the brand. The campaign promotes UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy, showcasing clothing that offers simplicity, comfort and quality for everyday life — spotlighting two key products: the AIRism Polo Shirt and the Super Non-Iron Shirt.
Rahul Dravid shared his thoughts on the collaboration, saying, “Being a part of the UNIQLO campaign is special as it reflects both sides of who I am in my regular daily life. I’ve always believed in keeping things simple and consistent, in sports and in life. UNIQLO fits into every version of my day — it’s simple, comfortable and functional.”
On and Off the Field Representation
In the campaign film, Dravid is shown in a dual role: as a coach wearing the AIRism Polo Shirt beside a cricket practice net and as a family man dressed in the UNIQLO Super Non-Iron Shirt while heading out to dinner. A split-screen moment between the two versions of Dravid emphasizes how UNIQLO provides dependable style and comfort throughout the day, no matter the setting.

360-Degree Rollout and AR Experience
The campaign will roll out across digital, social media, CRM, in-store promotions and outdoor platforms starting August 18. As part of the activation, UNIQLO is also launching a first-of-its-kind augmented reality experience at its upcoming store in Orion Mall, Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru. Beginning August 29, customers can interact with a life-sized virtual Rahul Dravid through a tech-enabled AR zone to bring the campaign to life.
UNIQLO’s newest Bengaluru store at Orion Mall will open to the public on August 29, marking another milestone in the brand’s expanding footprint in India.
