Ex- Tata Motors, Unilever and Danone, Siddharth Kapur launches InsynQ by Quantum to Drive Next Phase of Growth for Family & Growth-stage businesses
Backed by Quantum’s 36 years of consumer and culture expertise, InsynQ brings Quantum’s consumer-first approach into an embedded growth model for startups, family businesses and ambitious enterprises
Mumbai, October 12, 2026: Quantum’s Siddharth Kapur (Kaps), has unveiled “InsynQ”, an embedded growth partnership built for family businesses, startups and ambitious businesses navigating their next phase of growth.
The idea behind InsynQ comes from a recurring challenge Kapur has seen across growth-stage businesses and the ambition to scale is often ahead of the capabilities required to make that growth happen. Companies may have access to specialists across consulting, research, branding and marketing, yet the difficult part is connecting the dots between consumer understanding, business opportunity, brand positioning, go-to-market and execution.
InsynQ has been created to address that gap. Rather than operating as a conventional project-based consultant, it works alongside founders, promoters and leadership teams as an embedded growth partner, bringing strategy and execution closer together and taking an ownership-led approach to the growth agenda.
The model is built around the belief that “Growth happens when strategy and execution move in-sync.” InsynQ brings together consumer-first thinking, cross-category expertise and executional focus, backed by Quantum's long-standing experience in human insights and strategy.
Kapur brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling challenger brands across Tata Motors, Unilever and Danone. His career has evolved from building brands within large organisations to advising emerging businesses and, now, building an embedded growth partnership focused on ownership across strategy and execution.
His experience includes work on growth and transformation challenges across established brands, new-age consumer businesses and family-led enterprises. Among the experiences highlighted by InsynQ are the repositioning of Protinex from a traditional medical nutrition brand into a more modern OTC proposition, and taking Nutriburst Gummies from 0 to ₹100 crore across India and the UK while navigating category creation, consumer relevance, distribution and go-to-market across two markets.
Siddharth Kapur, Founder & CEO, InsynQ, said, “India has no shortage of ambition, ideas or entrepreneurial energy. The harder question is how businesses turn that ambition into compounding growth. As companies move from early traction to scale, the decisions become increasingly interconnected. Consumer understanding influences positioning, positioning influences go-to-market, and go-to-market ultimately has to translate into commercial outcomes. We created InsynQ to stay close to that entire journey. Our role is not to hand over another strategy document, but to work alongside leaders, challenge assumptions, help make the difficult choices and remain accountable for turning strategy into action.”
The team has worked with businesses including Nothing Before Coffee, Snitch, Blissclub, Supertails, Pop Club, Vadilal and Gits. Its wider support circle brings together founders, investors, operators and mentors, while its association with Quantum provides access to consumer and category knowledge across markets.
Kapur is also an angel investor backing founders solving real consumer problems with scalable potential. He has been invited as an industry expert by global expert networks including GLG, Coleman Research, Infollion and Insight Alpha, has been empanelled as an industry expert with Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, and has completed more than 1,000 hours of masterclasses and mentorship with business schools and executive education platforms including upGrad, Masters' Union, MESA and ISB.
For InsynQ, the opportunity is to partner with businesses at the point where growth becomes more complex; when a company is entering a new category or market, building a stronger brand, sharpening its go-to-market engine, or trying to move from founder-led decision-making towards a more scalable operating model.
With 36 years of experience in consumer and culture expertise, Quantum helps businesses understand people, decode changing markets and identify opportunities for growth. Its consumer-first, cross-category approach combines deep insights with strategic thinking to create meaningful business impact.
