Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel Appoints Gaurav Tokas as Director of Rooms

Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has appointed Gaurav Tokas as the new Director of Rooms. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Gaurav brings expertise in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue management to the role.

In this capacity, he will oversee the Rooms Division, focusing on optimizing guest experiences, managing room inventory, and driving revenue growth. His leadership will ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction, enhancing the hotel's reputation as a premier destination in Bangalore.

Before joining Sheraton Grand, Gaurav served as the Room Division Manager at Kochi Marriott Hotel, where he effectively managed corporate, transient, and leisure segments. His extensive career also includes leadership roles at renowned hotel chains such as Hyatt, Radisson, and InterContinental, where he demonstrated his expertise in team management and hotel operations.
