Ochre Spirits has debuted its first Ochre Bar and Kitchen in Sinquerim, Goa, signaling its entry into the experiential hospitality and dining sector. Strategically located near Fort Aguada, this flagship venue showcases Ochre Spirits’ artisanal craftsmanship, quality, and experiential model, set to expand to Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune within two years, targeting revenue of Rs 55-60 crore by FY2026.
The bar combines modern Goan coastal cuisine with curated artisanal spirits and offers interactive experiences like tastings and live sessions, fostering a sense of community and connection. Designed for travelers, locals, and cultural enthusiasts, the space balances tradition with a contemporary vibe, making it a cultural destination.
