Debashish Roy Joins CEAT as Chief Digital Transformation Officer
CEAT, a leading tyre manufacturer, has appointed Debashish Roy as its Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), effective December 2, 2024. Roy will report to Amit Tolani, Chief Executive of CEAT Specialty, and play a key role in advancing digital innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and spearheading technological advancements.
With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, Debashish is known for driving innovation, leading large-scale business transformations, and achieving customer-centric solutions across industries. An engineering graduatein Chemical Engineering, he also holds an MBA in IT & Operations from IIM Mumbai.
Debashish has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Abbott India, PwC US Advisory, and Cognizant Business Consulting, where he successfully implemented transformation programs. Most recently, he served as Director of Digital Transformation and Customer Experience at Pfizer, driving the adoption of advanced digital and IT capabilities to build a solid digital foundation for the company.
His expertise spans digital strategy, data analytics, program management, innovation, ecosystem partnerships, omnichannel customer experiences, and change management, making him a highly versatile leader.
