Bandhan Life Insurance has launched Bandhan Bandhu, an AI-enabled chatbot to help customers understand life insurance products and get instant answers to their queries while browsing the company’s website.

The chatbot is available on the desktop and mobile versions of Bandhan Life website and can assist users 24/7 in multiple languages to help them navigate through product features, premiums, eligibility criteria, policy benefits and other insurance related information.

The initiative aims to simplify the insurance buying process by providing customers with instant advice as they compare products and make financial decisions, the company said.

Digital Transformation:

Commenting on the launch, Maneesh Mishra, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Bandhan Life, said, “We believe buying life insurance should feel simple, reassuring and easy to understand.
