Akshay Kapnadak Joins Infectious Advertising as Chief Creative Officer

Infectious Advertising, a leading independent advertising agency in India, has appointed Akshay Kapnadak as its Chief Creative Officer. Akshay will collaborate closely with Ramanuj Shastry, the Creative Chairman and Co-Founder, to enhance the agency’s creative vision and output.
A graduate of the J.J. Institute of Applied Arts, Akshay brings nearly 27 years of experience in brand-building and award-winning advertising. He began his career at McCann Erickson Mumbai, where he rose from trainee to Executive Creative Director over 16 years. Akshay played a pivotal role in creating impactful campaigns for prestigious brands such as Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, Parachute, and NDTV, earning Gold awards at Cannes Lions and The One Show. His expertise includes serving on juries for international festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and AdFest Asia.
Following his tenure at McCann, Akshay ventured into consulting, mentoring start-ups, and spearheading creative projects across South and Southeast Asia.
