The partnership combines the expertise of Cultivating Leadership in adult development and complexity with The Core Questin’s deep understanding of the Indian market.

Since 2020, The Core Questin has been helping both Indian and global organizations navigate leadership challenges in a rapidly changing world. Cultivating Leadership, a certified B Corporation, is known for its innovative approaches to leadership and its extensive global network of coaches, advisors, and facilitators. This collaboration aims to bring cutting-edge leadership tools and frameworks to Indian organizations, with a special focus on the country’s unique market dynamics.

Key highlights of the venture include the establishment of a new company under the name Cultivating Leadership in India, with Keith Johnston from Cultivating Leadership and Shweta Anand Arora from The Core Questin serving as joint Directors. The partnership will leverage Cultivating Leadership’s proven tools, grounded in rigorous theory, and tested with global organizations, while tapping into the expertise of over 90 coaches from around the world.
