Coca-Cola Joins Forces with Jubilant Bhartia Group for Indian Growth
The Coca-Cola Company has announced a strategic partnership with the Jubilant Bhartia Group, acquiring a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings (HCC Holdings), the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages(HCCB), the bottling arm of Coca-Cola in India.
This collaboration aligns with Coca-Cola’s vision to deliver quality products and foster sustainable, long-term growthin India, leveraging opportunities in one of the world’s largest markets. By joining forces with the Jubilant Bhartia Group, Coca-Cola aims to strengthen its position and drive growth through locally owned franchise partners.
