Adesh Kumar Gupta will step down as Director of ZEEL

Adesh Kumar Gupta has opted to step down as a Director of Zed Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) following the company's annual general meeting (AGM). Gupta has notified the company in writing that he will not be re-appointed.

On Thursday, the business informed the BSE of Gupta's decision. According to the notice, Gupta will step down as a member of the audit committee, chairman of the risk management committee, and member of the board's stakeholders interaction committee following the AGM.

Gupta stated in the letter that he would be unable to remain as the company's director due to personal considerations and commitments.

He went on to say, I withdraw my re-appointment as director of the company at the AGM. He went on to say & I wish great success to the company and hope the pending merger with Sony will be completed at earliest.
