FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of Nykaa, announced the resignation of Nihir Parikh, CEO of Nykaa Fashion, on December 5, 2024. Parikh has been immediately relieved of his responsibilities, with the company confirming his departure due to personal commitments.
The resignation was communicated via a regulatory filing, stating, “Nihir Parikh, CEO of NykaaFashion.com and a senior management personnel of the company, has tendered his resignation, effective December 5, 2024, at the close of business hours.”
A Decade of Leadership
Parikh joined Nykaa in 2015 as Chief Strategy Officer, later becoming Chief Business Officer in 2016, a role he held for five years. His tenure expanded in 2021, when he was named CEO of NykaaMan and head of retail operations. In 2023, Parikh assumed the role of CEO for Nykaa Fashion while continuing to oversee NykaaMan, demonstrating his versatile leadership across the company’s verticals.
