JioStar Locks Exclusive Broadcast & Streaming Rights for Abu Dhabi T10 2026 Across Indian Subcontinent
JioStar secures exclusive broadcast and streaming rights for the 2026 Abu Dhabi T10 in the Indian subcontinent, bringing live coverage to Star Sports and JioHotstar.
In a significant media rights acquisition, JioStar has bagged the exclusive broadcast and digital streaming rights for the 2026 Abu Dhabi T10 across India and the wider subcontinent. Under this multi-platform partnership, all 32 matches of the tournament will be broadcast live on Star Sports and streamed digitally on JioHotstar, capturing the fast-growing demand for cricket's quickest format.
The deal comes on the heels of Abu Dhabi Cricket & Sports Hub (ADCSH) acquiring majority ownership and commercial rights of the tournament earlier this year. With the Indian subcontinent representing the tournament’s largest global fan base, the association aims to significantly boost viewership and brand value.
Building the Next Chapter in Sports Entertainment
Highlighting the strategic importance of the collaboration, Matt Boucher, Chief Executive Officer of ADCSH and Abu Dhabi T10, noted that expanding the tournament's broadcast footprint is central to its long-term expansion goals.
"This partnership represents a special moment in the continued evolution of the Abu Dhabi T10," said Matt Boucher. "India has always been our biggest and most passionate market, and collaborating with JioStar enables us to connect with an even broader audience through platforms renowned for delivering world-class cricket coverage."
Speaking on the acquisition, Prashant Khanna, Head - Sports: Rights & Innovation at JioStar, added:
"T10 has found its audience in India for its mile-a-minute format, and we are excited to bring that same energy to the Abu Dhabi T10. In a market that lives and breathes cricket like no other, JioStar’s unparalleled reach can take the event far and wide while pulling in a whole new set of fans along the way."
Digital Innovations & Multi-Platform Engagement
Beyond live match coverage, JioStar is set to drive viewer engagement with an array of digital-first initiatives, including behind-the-scenes access, exclusive shoulder content, and interactive features designed for mobile-first audiences.
The 2026 edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 is scheduled to take place from November 7 to 20 at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Spanning 13 playing days, the schedule includes six triple-headers and seven double-headers featuring top international players drafted during the Official Player Draft on September 30.
Building on the previous edition—which garnered over 527 million social media impressions and US$512 million in broadcast value—the partnership positions the Abu Dhabi T10 for its highest viewership footprint yet across regional and digital networks.
